Knowledge Graphs in Telecom Systems Modeling
The article describes a method of designing and modeling telecommunication systems based on the joint use of modern business process models, information and functional models developed by the TMForum organization, and knowledge graphs. The systems developed using the proposed method enable to build business models and operating models of all segments of carrier networks by linking elements of TMForum models, as well as by supplementing them with operational data received from the network in the form of log files generated by application servers, and as a result of network devices polling. The generated models can be used by telecom operators to address business and operational problems, as well as by architects of telecommunications systems for their design and modernization.
